Protocol of Interaction with International Clients
Protocol and steps when assisting international clients, requiring litigation advice or services in South Africa:
-
An email is received from the prospective client with an exposition of the legal problem.
-
An email is sent to the client for verification purposes of the client as well as detailing the fee structure and initial deposit required.
-
Proof of the deposit payment is sent to us, by the client, together with acceptance of the fee structure.
-
The initial instruction from the client is considered and a request for further information / supporting documentation may follow to the client.
-
Once sufficient documentation and/or information has been received a remote (telephone or Skype) consultation is arranged to discuss the future conduct of the case.
